Hi,

I am working on a series of scripts against a Windows Server 2012 deployment to quickly create test machines.  Due to the nature of the requirements these test machines are also domain controllers. One of my scripts uploads test users and automatically adds them to the Remote Desktop Users group.  That works fine.

However, to allow them access to the server to log on via RDP, I need to change the value in "Allow log on through Remote Desktop Services" from "Not Defined" to "Remote Desktop Users".   I would like to do this as part of a script (ideally tack it on to the end of my PowerShell script that uploads the test users) to elminate anyone having to change manually via the interface.

Is there a cmdlet in PowerShell that can help me out?  I have done web searches but have had no luck finding anything that seems to help me.  Also as best as I can tell, this setting is not kept in the registry either.

Thanks.

Alan
